Sarah WellsTrail Residence
The property was a formerly a horse farm and the fifty acres presented
advantageous site opportunities. The 6,000 square foot timber frame
house was nestled into a hillside overlooking the Schenemunck mountain
range. The house was conceived as a hybrid between Craftsman Style Bungalow
and Adirondack Camp Architecture. The emphasis on indoor outdoor living
is signified by the covered front porch, the upstairs sleeping porch
and the large screened porch off of the Dining Room.
